I have always visualized myself
on some journey,
a path, I suppose.
Although mostly,
I have lived in the same place
my whole life.
The journey is on the inside.
Its just that sometimes,
I need to minimize the distractions
so that I can pay attention.
Poetry?
Well, that’s just me
taking notes along the way.
